The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Century City Conference Centre Main Entrance, unless otherwise specified. Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.
All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.
Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings – A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.
A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences (Pty) Ltd 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately.
All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 4 July 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 4 July 2026.

Refunds will be permitted for bookings cancelled within the following time periods, prior to departure:
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
