There are two opportunities per day.

  • The screen will be placed near the registration desk for the Congress.

EDUCATIONAL GRANTS

R25,000 (Per person)

  • This grant will assist to defray costs of the congress registration, travel, and accommodation with preference given to those who are presenting posters or oral presentations
  • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the Congress website, holding slide between sessions and final prograrmme book
  • The committee will acknowledge the Sponsor at the Congress dinner

LANYARDS

  • Sponsor’s logo and the Congress logo will be displayed on the lanyard.

POCKET PROGRAMME

  • Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the pocket programme and distributed in the congress bags

  • Sponsor’s name will be acknowledged (“sponsored by”) in the final programme adjacent to the Speakers Dinner

SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP

International Speaker R70,000

  • Sponsor will be acknowledged after the appropriate lecture, on the website and in the final programme
    book in a space relative to the notice of the respective speaker
  • The sponsorship goes towards speaker costs

SYMPOSIA (Breakfast)

Dates: Thursday, 6th, Friday, 7th and Saturday, 8th August 2026

  • Symposia will be fully accredited with CPD points
  • Sponsor to supply electronic invitation to the symposium
  • Sponsor to select speaker and topic (subject to scientific committee’s approval)
  • All symposia will be advertised on the congress website and announcements made

Cost excludes catering and costs relating to speaker.
