Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will be reflected as short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa as high risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.

Final date for bank transfer payments is the 31st July 2026.
Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend should write to the congress Secretariat (Leanne@tcon.org.za).Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration.
Letters of invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Programme, not accompanying persons.
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of R 550.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before the 01st July 2026.
Please note that no refunds for cancellations after the 01st July 2026. Only name changes will be accepted .Please contact Leanne Armoogam (Leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
