Summary

This advanced session focuses on developing proficiency in operative hysteroscopy for clinicians already performing basic procedures. It will address key surgical techniques including myomectomy, adhesiolysis, septal resection, and endometrial ablation, alongside an overview of advanced equipment and fluid management. Emphasis is placed on procedural planning, intraoperative decision-making, and complication avoidance. Through hands-on training using tissue models and contemporary operative platforms, delegates will refine technical skills and gain exposure to a range of therapeutic approaches. The session aims to support the transition from basic operative capability to confident, safe advanced practice.
